Bodyscan

Before the program starts you will receive a body scan, performed by one of our physiotherapists. Within an hour you will know your physical condition, and what it takes to get you in your best shape. You will also know what you can do to improve your energy level and resolve any complaints.

Tailor-made training

The body scan together with your personal goals form the basis for the training program. You indicate and specify what you want to achieve. The plan is then drawn up and adjusted to your personal needs by your trainer. Every month an evaluation and measuring will take place to ensure that your path to achieving your goals runs efficiently and effectively.

Lifestyle coaching

In order to ensure that in 10 years from now you will still be able to feel fit and energetic, we pay attention to your lifestyle as well. If you’re in need of a fully personalized meal plan, then that will be part of our service too. Don’t be afraid that you will never be able to eat a piece of pie or drink a glass of wine - that is not sustainable!

Safe environment

We are currently still training outside in special tents because of the COVID-19 restrictions. But when it is allowed to train indoors again, not much will change. The air ventilation system makes it just as if you are in the open air!

Physiotherapists

In addition to being personal trainers, all our trainers are also physiotherapists. They are therefore specialized in safe body movements and the prevention of injuries. An (old) injury does not have to be an obstacle to exercise.

Personal Setting

You will work out in a personal setting in our luxurious private gym. This way you always get the space and attention you deserve. The changing rooms and shower rooms are all single rooms, they are spacious, and always provided with clean towels.

Extended opening hours

We are open on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and on weekends from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. This way we always find time in your busy schedule.

Dutch “gezelligheid” Fun

Working hard and having fun go hand in hand at Physicum. Besides the fact that we are sometimes strict with you, we also like to maintain an informal, cozy atmosphere.

To begin with, what they promise becomes true: pain in the lower back was gone within a month, much fitter, lost 4kg, gained 1kg of muscle. Nice combination of strength- and muscle development with a sophisticated new nutritional approach. Good trainers, careful (tailored to the athlete) guidance. Facilities fine, compact and high-level. I am training already some months with Marielle. In the beginning, I addressed my goals, and what I wanted to work on. Based on that, a number of exercises were designed, which lets me make progress on a weekly basis. The progression is clearly visible and I feel that I have become stronger in areas that I benefit from outside the gym as well. Also, the moments of evaluation are good, because a number of objective measurements are done periodically. In that way, we can see how the body is changing. I am very positive about the framework Physicum specializes in and the training with Marielle.
